- We work alongside them. Many engagements start as augmentation or audit, not replacement.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. Full transfer on delivery, including infrastructure, runbooks, and CI.
- How do you bill?
- Sprints are fixed price. Embedded work is monthly. Audits are flat-fee. No retainers we don't earn.
- Will the same engineers stay on the project?
- Yes. Sequator only assigns senior engineers, and we don't swap them mid-engagement.
